For more than 50 years, Metallic Products has taken pride in providing quality metal building accessories — and top-notch customer service — to the clients we serve. We know none of what we do would be possible without our amazing employees. Because we are big believers in giving credit where credit is due, our company recently implemented a legacy program to honor the incredible people on our team.
This new program, which launched in August 2018, rewards Metallic Products employees who have been with us for a significant amount of time. Now, team members will receive printed certificates and their choice from a catalog of prizes each time they hit a milestone anniversary. That recognition comes at three years, five years, seven years, 10 years — and every five years afterward — with bigger and bigger prizes as their tenure increases. Our first awards went out during a company-wide celebration on August 30, and were pleased to recognize one team member for his 35 years with our company!
These awards are meant to be more than a simple gift. They’re a way to thank our team members for the hard work and dedication they put into their jobs each day. We think of our team members as family, and strive to treat them the same way we treat our customers — with the utmost care and respect. After all, they’re the ones who keep Metallic Products running day in and day out. They’re good at what they do, and every day they strive to be better. We couldn’t be any more grateful!
